Order regular flavours at least 24 hours ahead. Premium flavours (Pistachio, Strawberry Matcha, Choco Hazelnut, Tiramisu) and event/custom orders require at least 72 hours. Mixed orders follow the longest lead time. Mini sizes, large quantities and special packaging may need more time; confirm capacity before payment.

Choose each set flavour and coffee, then tick toppings or drink extras in the product options. Each selected extra is S$1.50 per ordered unit, and multiple extras are charged separately. The notes field is for allergies and other requests; these need shop confirmation. Mini/event orders are quoted separately.

Choose an available Singapore-time slot. Pickup address and timing are confirmed by the shop. Delivery covers Yew Tee, Kranji, Marsiling, Woodlands, Admiralty and Sembawang. Confirm the fee, minimum order and full address before payment; unconfirmed fees do not mean free delivery. Arrange someone to receive perishable food.

Review the itemised order, verify the payee, transfer once and upload your proof. Uploading alone does not confirm funds. The shop verifies actual payment and availability before confirming. Confirmation emails are sent when the email service is configured; retain your private order link and contact us if no email arrives.

Contact us early with your order number. Before acceptance, requests may be withdrawn. After acceptance, changes depend on production progress and capacity. Any reasonable committed-cost deduction is disclosed and explained; unspent balances are refunded. If we cannot fulfil a confirmed order, an agreed alternative or affected-item refund is offered. Statutory rights remain protected.

Follow the temperature and best-before instructions supplied with your actual order and refrigerate promptly as instructed. Requirements vary by filling and toppings. Ask us before a long trip or leaving items unrefrigerated. Do not consume suspect food and report quality concerns promptly.

Tell us about allergies before ordering. Depending on flavour and toppings, products may contain milk, egg, wheat/gluten, soy, sesame, peanuts or tree nuts; shared preparation may cause cross-contact. We cannot promise an allergen-free environment. Halal, vegan or dairy-free suitability must not be assumed without express confirmation.
